This is such an apt video for William. He really does stay right there and wait for her. He never dates or anything during the time between when Julia leaves for Buffalo and the time when she and Darcy break up. He gets his reward in the end. :)

Don't forget, he does spend very real time with Anna Fulford in S5. If she didn't have to leave, things may have been different. But I like what you said. :) Thank you for watching!

Techtra3 I think William meant what he said in his written proposal to Julia and in his fantasy proposal. As long as she is in the world there will be no other woman for him. Too bad for Anna, because she's clearly in love with William. That kind of devotion is very rare but truly part of William's character.

When Murdoch's checking his time piece as Julia stands outside his office, is from episode 310: 'The Curse of Beaton Manor'. : ) The author of the novels, which Murdoch Mysteries is based on, makes a cameo in that episode! : ) Thank you for watching! : )

I saw this video but I don't like seeing William hurt . A few things have come between him and Julia Ogden's relationship in the past and present. And now with the possibility of their most hated enemy James Gillies resurfacing it's already caused heartache for this lovely couple.
