Se alguém ler meu comentário, por favor me ajude em oração tenho sofrido de crises de pânico e um pouco de depressão, já faz 3 anos que tenho dificuldade e medo de sair de casa sozinha, tenho medo de sair até acompanhada. Estou me sentindo cansada sem forças, sou cristã, estou orando e buscando respostas do que eu preciso fazer para ser curada.. estou sem saber oque fazer pois é um sofrimento que só eu sei.. a maioria das pessoas me julgam amizades afastando me sinto triste e perdida orem por mim🙏 só quero voltar a sorrir a sair sozinha a novamente ter meu brilho de volta 🥺
Fique firme em Deus, eu passei por esse vale também, me encontrei no fundo do poço há mais de um ano atrás. O que me salvou foi me conectar com Deus outra vez, comecei bem aos poucos mesmo, fazendo devocional todas as manhãs, me obriguei a fazer atividade física porque notei que melhorava meu estado de ânimo, fiz exames para ver se estava faltando vitaminas (e realmente tinha a vitamina D baixa, o que me causava mais sintomas depressivos), fui lendo sobre autoconhecimento e aprendendo sobre mim. No inicio desse ano eu me sentindo um pouco mais forte, me comprometi que leria a Bíblia inteira, porque eu percebi que quanto mais eu lia, mais entendia sobre o reino Dele, e o nosso propósito nesse mundo. Hoje, eu sou outra pessoa, consegui voltar a sorrir e até amar as pessoas (antes eu não conseguia). A oração tem poder, apresente nas suas orações tudo aquilo que vc não consegue controlar, eu fiz isso, e aos poucos Deus foi resolvendo tudo aquilo que eu não podia por minhas próprias forças. Eu pensei que esse ano eu "apenas" leria a Bíblia inteira, mas agora eu to vendo o quanto os planos do Senhor são inexplicáveis para nós, Ele tem movimentado tantas outras áreas na minha vida que eu jamais imaginara. Por isso eu te digo, fica firme, porque toda lágrima e sofrimento é para te guiar a um bem maior, eu tenho fé que Ele tem grandes planos para sua vida 🤍
