The Oceanside is not a Government nor does it have a Police Department. The City of Oceanside pretended it was a business and has been an ongoing criminal enterprise since 2014. The City of Oceanside is trying to protect itself from criminal and financial liability for its ongoing criminal enterprise so Oceanside PD’s Internal Affairs refuses to investigate to avoid providing evidence against the “Ongoing Criminal Enterprise”. The City of Oceanside needs to be treated like any other ongoing criminal enterprise and sued for $500 million. Bankrupt what was once the City of Oceanside for being a criminal enterprise.

Oceanside PD’s former employees and their “friends and family plan” are watching Oceanside PD on their own security cameras from their quasi military command centers at home. They are watching the Montezuma County Sheriffs (CO) on their own surveillance equipment in the Sheriff Stations and the Montezuma County Courts because Cortez PD has corrupt cops. The Nazi Police wanted to have another civil war. My recommendation is: moving the City law enforcement function up to the County to go from 21,500 local law enforcement agencies in the Country to 3,500, the cities cannot afford and are unwilling to do policing and there will be greater accountability, more standardized training, better control on use of resources. It is time police departments stop being private armies for example Oceanside PD was McCoy’s incorporated and are still terrorizing the rest of the Country. It’s not the police in uniform but the ones out of uniform you have to worry about.
