Please connect and share 😊 For now you can start with this, these are promising resources- For HLD - You can start with interview bit - design space, it's very explanatory For LLD - You can follow grokking object oriented course(few topics there are paid, few are free too).

What certs and language programs do I need to know to work for oracle as cloud engineer or infrastructure? Is there training free?

Interviewed for senior software engineer role at oci for the first round., Gave me a coding question. I explained my solution approach and coded it. While coding in c#, I used string’s inbuilt conversion method to integer for character. This resulted in me not getting the correct solution. So got an email next day saying I was not selected for further rounds

You can always try again. How can you be so sure that you using inbuit convertor was the exact thing that caused the interview process to not continue; i think the reason was more broader than that. Gud luck

Its actually not like that, lot of other things are considered too. I have seen people getting selected even if their code didn’t run, lot of things are considered

How much package will oracle pay for ic3 ? I know it depends on previous company package and skills but still approximately how much ? I have cleared all rounds in last week and waiting for hr round. Please help me out.

I have completed all my 5 interviews with OCI all the interviews were very good and I received positive feedback after every interview. How long does it take for the HR to initiate a salary discussion? Unfortunately for me next two working days were holidays

@@jocalvo they mailed me saying I have already cleared all the rounds and they will call me back in 10 to 15 days. But I has been 2 months I haven't received any update from them even after multiple follow ups

Hi there, one question. For OCI offer what will be the entity name mentioned in the offer letter i.e. like Oracle IDC or Oracle cloud infrastructure? Because I am selected for Oracle as IC3 and my manager told me they work with OCI team but in the offer letter Oracle IDC is mentioned. So i want to get clarification as to how did you know that you are part of OCI selection

I applied for Application Developer 2, Oracle Customer Experience (CX) team. the interviewer is from OCI group. i cleared round 1 which was technical round and they said i will have 1 more technical round and then HR round. i have round 2 next week. can you please share any suggestions?

It can be coding related and questions related to your project. Try practicing basic arrays / strings

The round is there for IC2, IC3 and above. IC1 they usually hire from college freshers, and that doesn't have bar raiser.

that depends on recruiter to recruiter. usually within a week otherwise you can also call them and ask

interview have no connection with real work stuff....software field is only field where a person has to prepare for interview...does a surgeon practice surgery before an interview OR does a driver practice driving before an interview.....worst field

It depends if your team has US counterparts, then you have to work in night to sometimes. As the product is new, there will definitely challenges, which can cause extended working hours sometimes but its all manageable and taken in account
