I will say i've been VERY careful to not draw conclusions, or takes sides in this matter. The whole story of this matter isn't conclusive enough to really warrant taking sides, here's why. While UncleTT, seems like that video he posted was just to cultivate views, and stir up drama, he was ultimately banned for a completely legitamate reason which was stated in the rules. So I cannot defend him on that part. The part that sketches me out with his specific case, is that in the rules of OCRP shown in Ella's second video, it does says you are not to use the "Server" to promote or recruit people to separate servers from OCRP. The part that makes me kind of wonder, is TT says he, and I might not be remembering the video correctly, he said he DM'd people from OCRP, and not just random people he didn't know, these were friends he made, about his MBIRP server. The grey area I see is that in my eyes at least, once you've made a friend, it's no longer grounds of "Using the server" to promote your server. Especially once said people you've promoted to are now friends for 6-12, or at least over 6 months in general. However this is I will say an area where the admins have to discuss it, and i'm sure they have, but at the end of the day, their decision was made. So I cannot completely blame the admins, nor can I blame TT, however in that specific situation, I will say UncleTT has a bit more to blame on his side with that matter. So I can definitely see how that whole situation got him banned as I'd say that was reasonable. The part where it really sketches me out is Ella's situation. Personally this is where I take more of her side, just based on the evidence shown, whilst not completely blaming the admins. Whilst now the ban is final because she broke 2 rules of the code of conduct, which personally I think those 2 rules are a bit weird and scummy in a way. Those being not being allowed to discuss disciplinary action on video or on stream, and not being able to show any behind the scenes convo's of people from the OCRP Server, and while the second one I actually fully support, it actually becomes okay with me, IF and Only IF you redact/scrub out the names of the person you are talking with, which in Ella's case, she had done and I believe in that case she should be in the clear, but rules are rules, and I'm not the one who makes them, so in this specific case, she is 100% to blame, and her ban should be final, but I'm talking more about before she would've made her videos, where I will say as to why the evidence for her ban was pretty weak, and very sketchy. She got banned for anyone reading without context, for "Unbelievably Accurate Aiming" Which note doesn't reference "Aimbot" meaning the ban didn't actually have any concrete evidence behind it, and whilst it wasn't the "Solid Reason" for the ban, the admin in question said it was part of it. As shown in Ella's video however, you can reasonably conclude she wasn't using aimbot, because she used to be a Semi-Professional FPS shooter player, and if you actually look at the clips she featured, her aim is laser good, she demonstrates amazing ability to accurately take shots, and in her second video, you can see how she aims without a reticle in GTA V, and I can tell you it's really not that hard, I do it all the time in singleplayer GTA 5 because I have a mod that removes the reticle, and I might not be as good as Ella, but it's like 65% the way there. Her claims do in my personal opinion sway towards her being innocent and therefore her ban being unreasonable. Now are the admins allowed to ban people for no reason. Yes. Does it make them bad people. Not Necessarily. It really depends on the context of the situation, and as I said, we really don't have the full context. Now what the admins could pretty easily do to clear their names, is come out with a full video addressing everything, and providing evidence of everything. Do I think Ella is to blame? No, but do I blame the admins entirely? Not really as I don't have the full story. Now the part that sketches me out the most, as i'm sure it has other people two, is the mention I believe of UncleTT, maybe Ella but I don't remember, and a vaguely Jeff Favignano, where they said "some people don't get along" or something along the lines of that. And whilst I haven't seen this actually been said, it's still sketchy, but i'm not really keeping this a factor right now as I haven't seen the alleged clip of Jeff saying this, So i can't use this as my reasoning. However I do have the opinion that if that was any reason to ban a person, is probably the highest order of scum you could get. As said in this very video, not everyone will get along with each other. That's just life. In my opinion, deal with it. If you don't like a person in a server, deal with it. No-ones forcing you to play the game, or interact with them. This is a very clear "You" problem if you don't like seeing someone in a server. There's going to be situations where you have to co exist with someone you don't like in real life, or in a game, and it's your responsibility to get the hell over it, and move on with your life. So if this was going on within the OCRP server which I have no clue, so I'm not using this yet as a determining factor when/if I take any sides in this drama, I will heavily side with the side that is affected by this. Meaning if someone doesn't like jeff F and say UncleTT doesn't like him and left the server as a result, as an example, I will heavily side with the admin team, and vice versa if the same but opposite happens. We don't know yet. Overall the whole situation is in my eyes very weird and not much information is available yet. I don't know which side is at fault, because you really can't know at this stage, and I don't think anyone should take a side as of yet, which is why i'm very careful right now, and trying not to get ahead of myself. Whilst I believe UncleTT is at fault for his actions, I don't think Ella is for hers. Thanks for reading, I'm sure i've made some oversights, and forgot certain aspects in this comment, but I feel like this summarizes how I feel about the situation. Whilsts I don't completely blame the admin team, I don't completely Blame Ella and UncleTT. Thanks for reading.

People create drama, it's a sad fact. The 2 people that got banned should have just either not said anything at all or came out and calmly mentioned that they are no longer a part of the role playing group and ended it there. And then of course people take it upon themselves to go into other channels and start crap, even though it has nothing to do with them at all( drama creation) In the end, it's a game, there was reasons they got banned and it wasnt just a quick thought process behind those bannings. Again, it's a game, brush your shoulders off and move along to something else.

My opinion is that they are only doing this to try and get views for there rp server by bad mouthing the top 3 aka Jeff, Buggs and Ryan cause they know people are gonna watch the videos especially people who constantly watch a lot of ocrp, all theyre doing is playing the victim as far as im concerned how could u get banned and then act like you done absolutely nothing wrong
