実力は世界レベルなのに、地域イベントで、しかしとっても楽しみながらの演奏演技。工夫もいっぱい。見ている人たちも、出雲商業吹奏楽部の皆さんも、本当に幸せ。どうしても涙してしまう。

What a great performance in a most unique setting of a railway station!! I would miss a train to watch these wonderful musicians. Just as well the 4.20 train was late!!! Lovely uniforms and a great colour. From Dublin Ireland

So good to see Izumo coming back to full strength. Interesting location! I kept worrying about someone dancing off onto the tracks - but no one did - a well balanced band. Way to go Izumo, the band that is all heart!

ALWAYS, ALWAYS nice to see the smiles and splash of color that Izumo provides in their entertaining performances. 👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏!!! Bravo Izumo!!! It's amazing to see an oboe and bassoon in a marching band but they add to the richness of the overall sound so kudos to the band for including them. Not easy playing and dancing with a double reed instrument. I've got to admit though, the 2nd part when the entire band joins in adds so much to the overall music impact that I wish they played all instruments and all musicians all the time regardless of the reasons why. Love that group ending! Finally a big Thank You to the Railway for not running a train through the station while Izumo performed. 😁 Tsubame Planning - 🙏🙇‍♂️

What a great band this !. Sound,movement everything just right ! I've watched many of their videos,marching and in concert,and I am never disappointed.I know we're not supposed to have favourites but I'm utterly charmed by the diminutive flautist in the front row,tiny in stature but with a BIG personality that lifts my heart.- GO SHIMANE !!

全国大会控えて忙しいはずなのに、SEPTENBERも少しアレンジ変えてきたりとかすごいよね。パフォーマンス見るとラグビー日本代表のようにONE TEAMになってるようでホント今年の全国は期待出来そうで楽しみです^^ 頑張れ！出商吹部！

Always amazing, I love watching this band, very talented young ladies and gentlemen. I especially love watching the young lady on tenor drums and the short flute player, she's so adorable, every time I watch a video they always have such a huge beautiful smile and looks like they're having so much fun playing, keep it up young lady, that's what people want to see. I've watched so many videos of other schools and they all look like refugees and they don't want to be there, if the band looks that way, it makes the people watching think the same thing, why should I give up my time to watch a band that doesn't want to be there. I've never felt that way about this band, their performances are fun and energetic and makes you want to watch them, and sad when the video ends. I commend all you young ladies and gentlemen for your hard work and dedication, it shows in your performances, and I hope you continue to give your audience these amazing performances.

伝説の駅ホームでの演奏を見れてうれしいです。つぎの駅サイトまつりはいつなんでしょうね。ところで、Runaway Babyでのスネアドラム奏者の左手がなんだかトリッキーな動きをしてるような。

After watching this several times over the years, I noticed the saxophone player front row , next to tom tom drummer , during Runaway Baby , her socks aren't even and not even with the rest of the girls. Little Observation.

駅のプラットフォームでの演奏は２回目ですね (Tsubame Planningさん、出雲市駅奥出雲おろち号出発式)。今度は横向き？これは面白い試みですね😃　バンドの後ろの駅舎と庇(ひさし)が反射板になって、向かいのプラットフォームが観客席ならば、音の迫力がより増したのではないでしょうか？ 🎵 さて観客はどこにいたのでしょう？😅

ご想像のとおり、向かい側のプラットホームが観客席です。（私が撮影しているところのホーム）一応、駅サイトまつりの主催者が観覧場所を指定しておりました。

田舎でなくても駅のプラットホームでの演奏は過去にもありますよ。例）中之島まるごとフェスティバル（京阪中之島駅）ただ、都会の駅は電車がひっきりなしにやってくるので、演奏自体はかなり難しいとは思いますが・・・

そうなんですね！確かに都会だとあわただしいかも。私の地元の駅も本数が減って向かいのホームはいつの間にか使われなくなり、勝手に重ね合わせて見てしまいました。音楽が身近にある風景は素敵ですね。
