In community setting rather than hospital based, I feel a deal of ONH's present with PHOMS which can make you nervous about whether your patient has true disc swelling. Is the absence of SRF, bruch membrane inward direction and haemorrhage enough to reasonably rule out stage 1 or even stage 2 on the papilloedema scale?
