Chocolate chips cookies
2 1/4 cup flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2 top salt
1cup soften butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4cup brown sugar
1 egg room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup Chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts ( optional)
In a large mixing bowl add all sugar and butter, mix well. Mix in egg beat well. Then add in flour mixture, soda and salt. Mix well. Then add in vanilla extract. On low speed add in Chocolate chips.
Place in refrigerator for about a hour.
Perheat oven 350 degrees.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Side note. I use a weigh scale and measure everything add 1.35 oz.
