I have a 15 month old and I did not realize how much I did not feel like myself until I stopped nursing - don’t underestimate the crazy hormonal load your body is under as it works to feed little Wells. I was so surprised when my old self showed back up. I thought she was gone! You will be so glad you did this and when you’re done, your less emotional, pre-baby self will be waiting for you❤

This past couple weeks were heavy and tough for a lot of people, and as much as we try to keep our eyes focus on the good, it is impossible not to see and feel what it is around us. It is there! We are not making it up. The good news is that there is always a day after a dark night, there is always a ray of sunshine that breaks through the darkness and a new day begins, and we are able to see that the good is still there! I am glad you are feeling better and that you were able to hold on to your precious treasures (husband and son) and give yourself some time to process those feeling. I visited Florida for 10 days last October and the weather was glorious. So many of the RU-vid channels I watch are based in Florida. Was supposed to go to Louisiana this year but canceled because of Francine and not knowing where Helene would land. I just spent my vacation at home in California instead. What a month! Glad hurricane season is over. Glad your home is OK❤
I got into doom scrolling while nursing and getting baby to bed so I ended up buying a kindle! Reduced my screen time SIGNIFICANTLY, I’m reading like crazy again and most importantly I am so. much. happier. ❤
If you are talking about a real piano, pianos should really be placed on an inside wall as the fluctuation in temperature on an outside wall can alter the tuning. Perhaps not as essential in Florida as it doesn’t get as cold outside but it’s important to keep it temperature regulated for the strings and hammers inside.
