During October, you see a lot of changes in the lawn with the shorter days and cooler evenings. With September having been a cooler than usual month in the Dallas area, the lawns in the area seem to have been tricked into reacting like it is later in the season, even though we are just now getting into mid October. I'll include some mowing sequences with both my reel mower and my rotary mower. You will notice a difference in my front lawn that I mow with the reel mower compared to my back yard which I mow with the rotary mower.
