I love the one in one out rule for consumption. I have like 15 pairs of pants so the amount of fits I can make is just basically infinite at this point. Getting rid of one thing whenever I want to buy new stuff is a great way to not develope clutter.

The jacket is great man, it only takes like two weeks of wear for the break in process and tbh jackets are usually easier to break in especially during the fall because you’re wearing other layers under them.

Since u asked lol, Gotta be totally honest I don’t think that denim jacket works. I’m sure there are some that look a bit better tho. That jacket needs to be wider. I also think the denim just doesn’t look worn in enough. In looks too stiff. That can go away with wear, but sometimes it doesn’t. I would keep searching. Check out wrangler. They got a bunch of styles and I’m sure you can find a piece that you like. Try vintage too. Those are more warn in.

I’m on the same boat with denim jackets too. The lee denim jacket looked good, you fill the jacket up. Just a bit stiff bc it’s new. I’m really skinny and tall so denim jackets are always too baggy or short in arm length.

This is crazy because I've recently been looking at Denim jackets to incorporate in my style. I literally just picked up my first pair of "Wheat/Buttas" last week too lol. It's mandatory to go down a full size from your regular shoe size. I've been building and learning my style of wardobe lately and I'm having a blast.😎🕴🏾🚶🏾‍♂️

I also can't get over my pairs of Japanese denim. If you want to get into a less neppy and slubby but more of a strong and durable denim you should try big john. They are also the very first japanese denim brand so thats cool.

Casual denimhead here. I get what you mean with the denim jacket (it looks great btw). I have an Oni Secret Denim type 3 jacket that I've had for years but I've had a hard time actually wearing it regularly. It's even more difficult to wear because of the rough fabric. Even if it's a stunning fabric, it is very stiff and very textured which can look a bit weird on the top block. But I've managed to ease myself into wearing the jacket more. My advice to you is to challenge yourself to only wear that jacket for at least a week. Denim jackets are surprisingly versatile and since your jacket has the classic dark Indigo warp and white weft, it's even easier to wear. Cheers, keep up the great content!

If you like denim jackets you should look for a type 2 trucker, It has a boxier fit than the classic trucker jacket, details are awesome and it's more niche

Yo, I have a narrow (B) foot and I like a snug fit like a hoop shoe - you think I should go 1/2 or full down in the Morjas loafers? been eyeing them for a min but finding good size info has held me back The Lee jacket fits kinda whatever tbh, nothing special nothing awful They need to make baggy raw denim jeans. I might get one of the Supreme pairs tbh. But the JP brands, I wish they made something wider fitting. Might make the break in way less of a visual thing though

I personally don't like the lee denim jacket, but that's cause i'm obsessed with type II jackets lol. I think the details on it falls in line with other tops and stuff you wear. If no shrinkage, I think it fits you well. Comfort is most important though, so if you don't feel comfortable in it, maybe don't keep. You'll find the one that you like and that you'll wear a bunch.

Congrats on your oxfords, can't go wrong with black cap toes. Morjas is still considered entry level, so if you like the craftsmanship aspect of dress shoes, I invite you to get your hands on handgrade models of english shoemakers, and you'll see even finer details. Church's (the pre-Prada ones), Crockett and Jones handgrade, Edward Green, John Lobb, Gaziano and Girling... Pricy, but good deals can be made if you're patient enough to find new old stock ones!

I agree, Morjas are entry level. And they got way too expensive recently If I may, regarding your recommendations: - there's a huge gap in price from Morjas and there are quality shoes to be found in between, which don't have to be English (Carmina, VASS, Heschung, Caulaincourt) - some of them are $1000+ which is by no means necessary for high quality shoes and not smart if you don't know how to properly take care of them (especially since it's his "first leather oxfords") My two cents

About the Lee denim jacket, it seems to be too stiff which makes it look ill fitting. Maybe if you can break and wear in the denim it would fit you a lot better, as you have rocked and pulled off similar cut jackets out of different materials! Btw the AKOG embroided shirt is fiiiire, and ngl quite replicable since doing hand embroidery is quite easy to get into, and its veery therapeutic! 😄 maybe I'll try to make a version of that shirt on my own! #pvv Personally I don't enjoy scary movies, mostly for the same reasons as yours. Okay i used to LOVE scary movies because I enjoy the suspense (even though when I was younger I would sometimes blur my vision to avoid seeing scary people), but now I'm very eh about them. PARTICULARLY because I feel like there's SO many over used tropes. Always some unecessary sex scene and people making dumb decisions (not a fan of suspension of disbelief). It needs to be a truly unique movie for me to see it. Also, I'm much more repulsed by gore than I used to be 🤷‍♀
