If you are looking for a good salmon recipe I got you!! Super simple marinade. Toss your salmon in a ziploc with some black pepper, diced garlic (jarlic if you're feeling lazy), a little Thai sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce or coconut aminos. Give it a mix and let it sit overnight in the fridge. We cook it in the airfryer and eat it with sautéed fresh green beans (with a bunch of garlic and onions), rice, and fresh kimchi. The combination is literal perfection! It has become a staple for us at least once or twice a month.
