Great tactic! Im still trying to beat this guy going about the Warmaster beatdown way and struggle bussing. Maybe I should do what you did and just make Therion a magic nuke too 😂
You can beat this enemy pretty easily in practical fashion (not necessarily quickly though) by having all 4 characters equipped with axes, two hunters for leghold trap, one thief for shackle foe, one merchant for hired help and a cleric for obvious healing. Oh yeah and one runelord and warmaster. So long as your main axe character has double tomahawk and you keep up on legholds, the rest is mostly using thunder rune with second serving. When you encounter the drone wolves just use max boost hired help veteran soldier along with warmaster yatagasaru. Then keep attacking them this way and add the hunter's max weapon too. The key is one character focused almost exclusively on leghold and another on shackle foe. Being able to heal above your maximum is important too. There's a support skill for that.
@@arawit69 Best method I found to be able to beat both direwolf and drone wolves is to have two hunters, a merchant and a warmaster. Attacking with max hired help (veteran soldier), yatagasaru and Draefendi's Rage is an unbeatable combination without having to have some kind of complicated, time consuming, synchronized spell strategy. Don't overthink things is what I say.
Hey I also beat it under a minute but nice job but the only difference I used is that I used whinnhild battle cry while doing like almost 99,999 damage but your strategy also works
how tf do people do over 10k damage, i'm like level 70 with this same setup and i'm not doing anywhere near 90k even with all the buffs i can muster + Surpassing Power and all
The key is Therion's +2 fire damage from Heathcote's Dagger and Harald's Sword (note, Tressa can also do this, just with wind with Tradewinds Spear and Primeval Bow of Storms) as for passives, BP Eater and Elemental Aid are a must here, as is of course the nuclear power of having Alephan's Enlightenment cast. Difficult to say whether any nuts were consumed, but even without it's not unfeasible to have any character hit 999 e.atk.
There’s also Devourer of Dreams in the Everhold Ruins. After beating that boss, you’re given a 3% chance to run into him in that same area for a chance at H’aanit to catch him, and is known to be one of the best creatures to have in your arsenal. He’s basically a OHKO summon.
