@@phypesmash6154 I remember listening to OT2 music for the first time about a year ago. I leaped for joy knowing the music was finally on youtube, but I thought to myself "Man, the battle themes to OT1 was already so perfect. He can't possibly do better can he?". And then I'm blown away by how Yasunori Nishiki proceeds to blow all the battle themes from the 1st game out of the water.
@@Mr.Kennedy-kn1kl he understood the assignment and delivered... OT1 also delivers but he went above and beyond with OT2, now whenever the talk about "fantasy rpgs" come this battle theme is the first one to pop up in my head, it just fits the genre like a glove. I hope to one day achieve this level of proficiency with my projects. Both OT and BD/BS inspired me to pick up game dev, they are what inspire me both on a musically and on a gameplay level. Though I had another project in mind well before, it was more casual, and it came to an hiatus when the inspiration wasn't coming anymore.
Nah man, I'm sticking to 1 hour. Exporting these take long enough and already take up a bunch of space as is lol. That being said, I can make a 2 hour version just for you if you want. It'd be am mp3 file though and not an actual vid(unless you really want that). Would you like me to do that for ya? Also, I do plan to extend final fantasy music in the future, so that's something to look forward to. Unfortunately, it'll be a good long while until I do that though bc of how much I have to extend(gonna extend Breath of Fire 1-4 after Octopath 1&2). Speaking of which, as long as it ain't too many, I can extend a couple ff6 songs for you too if you want.
