Mam i had one doubt mam, myasthenia is disorder of neuromuscular junction, then how occulomotor paresis occurs (nerve involves)

Extra ocular muscles weekness is directly due to disorder of neuromuscular junction or due to paresis of occulomotor nerve

Hi doctor im suffering from ocular myasthenia gravis is there any other treatment apart from medication and steriods in this condition
