I did consider making this video an Oculus Quest 2 Elite Strap unboxing video but I thought it would be a little more genuine if I made this review about my thoughts on the oculus quest 2 elite strap with battery and carrying case as a general consumer and sharing what I actually love about it instead of boring you with the unpacking process and pretending like I'm a "VR Guru"... Which I'm totally not lol.
So if you're looking for a minutely detailed Oculus Quest 2 Elite Strap review, I'd probably suggest you find another video. However, if you're keen to hear the 4 main reasons as to why I went ahead and bought the Oculus Quest 2 Elite Strap battery model, then by all means continue watching!

I have this, I like it, it improves the battery life on the Quest 2 alot, put on some aftermarket clip on earphones and it's alot better of a headset, I mainly use the headset for pcvr with airlink, most stable vr headset for pcvr out there right now, the other pcvr headsets are junk and not worth the money, I think the Quest 2 is the best headset with the accessories for the price right now, the elite strap with battery, a vr cover leather facial interface and aftermarket clip on earphones are a must buy for the Quest 2 in my opinion

Nice! Glad I could help. I literally just pre ordered my Meta Quest 3 about an hour ago! RE strap, I couldn't help but grab one of the coloured regular straps as part of my order. Gunna test out the sturdyness of the quest 3 strap first before upgrading. I'm anticipating the regular strap of the 3 to be way better that the 2 straight out the gate.

can you charge them both in the same time or first you must charg vr gogles and then battery ?

To ensure both units charge at the same time you need to plug the strap into the headset and then plug the charger into the strap. I believe doing this will charge the headset first and then subsequently the strap.

Wish i could use it with battery, but keep this is mind when you think about it, if your like me and you use it alot with PC battery takes up the pc slot so you cant play....

You can still use it with PC by using Airlink or Virtual Desktop

In my opinion, yes! The experience has been so much better. I’m curious to see what the Quest 3 strap is like out of the box.

I got one at Christmas, “It’s useless,” The battery doesn’t charge, it’s a peice of garbage.

@@meta_junkie It fully charged first time, after that Nothing It’s useless, I’ve been on the quest forums on FB, a lot of people are having the same issues, Meta don’t care, and they know about it.
