African Leadership Week is for leaders who are committed to a better future and who know that leadership is a key enabler to social change.
It is an opportunity to:
- Co-create a community of leaders who have a dream for a more just and equitable world - where all citizens are able to flourish;
- Create a sense of belonging to this community - an opportunity to participate in pursuing a significant and important objective: A world that works for all;

- Be inspired and encouraged by other leaders who are already doing amazing work in their organisations (business, government and civil society);
- Be motivated to lead courageously and strengthen the organisations and communities where we find ourselves so that we are able to realise our dream of a world that works for all;
- Strengthen leadership capacity at all levels of our society;
- Walk our own talk with regard to inclusive and collaborative leadership for impact.
