I'm starting to think drowing joyboy and the world was the only way imu could beat him. The original joyboy possibly got so powerful that he was winning. His enemy was the original ancient kings who united against him. I think he found out about imu last minute. And had a jesus to judas moment. Where he acknowledges he knows in a low key way before battling the present United kingdoms in his time. That he was making everything around him the way he wanted with every thought and step. Like world breaker hulk but bigger damn near when having the power to create at will. I think that's when even his own crew mates after being fooled by imu.
