Luffys goal is NOT to be the pirate King. We don't know his true goal yet, only a very few select characters do. He says he will become pirate king of course, but that's not his end goal, that's just something he will do to fullfill his actual dream.

Here’s an idea: Law is the moon/rain/ whatever god is complimentary to the sun god that luffy is, and while everyone knows Luffy is nika no one knows about Laws real fruit powers. Buggy gets to claim the title of the complimentary god, bc his powers when awakened should match some description of laws fruit and then gets to “kill” the sun god

Great theory, one possibility of Buggy awakening may be that he can easily make it look like Luffy has his head severed as you said, but I like the thought that awakening is more like a reward for the most skilled df users to bypass haki immunity, making it so that conqueror's haki isn' necessarily just a 1-size-fits-all trump card

Honestly, since we don't know where Law is going right now, it would be pretty cool tbh if we see him join up with Buggy's crew. Law as you said has a solid amount of respect for what Buggy has done lmao. I also just realized, maybe Law thinks that Buggy's simply reversing his powers with Haki. That would fucking gold lmao.

One thing that i think is forgotten is that Buggy's men are really well treated. It doesnt seem like there is a gap of luxuries between Captain and crew, other than being a separate place to enjoy their amenities.

If you think about it. It can also happen between imu and joyboy 800 years ago. Where joyboy didn't want to be known as a hero and asked imu to do something similar or someone's devil fruits power to wipe the history then when he died the current world government came to be. Or when they were faking of him dying imu actually killed him then wiped the history

I think that Buggy will get the title of pirate king due to him being in the right place (Laughtale) on the wrong time (Arriving after Luffy's battle with blackbeard). I think this will make Luffy salty since he should get that title because he found Laughtale first and he knows Buggy is weak. So during the great war after Luffy and the Strawhats return from the moon, Luffy and Buggy will have an argument and although Buggy really wants to relinquish the pirate king title he gets crowned by Luffy as the pirate god.

I think shanks will loss davy back fight intentionally and give luffy his crew and his life for the final battle . Means shanks crew will become luffy's subordinate to assist him in final battle against world government . Because shanks knows more about the one piece world and one piece itself than us . I guess he knows about nika fruit and it’s importance in finding one piece . This fight will most likely going to happen on laugh tale not on elbaf because shanks will not going to meet luufy on elbaf .I also thing shanks will be dying by hand of luffy in the end of that fight to make him even stronger for the end fight with IMU . The only issue for me is that luffy isn't a quiet person. Anywhere he goes he will be loud and he's famous. He'd be spotted immediately. There's really nowhere for him to hide plus hiding isnt really luffy. I really only see luffy giving up power to vivi and coby so he can go explore more at the end since some dreams probly wont be done yet like nami. Or luffy might die but i dont like that lol.

Awakened Df Buggy & Brook Could take down BlackBeard. Awakened DF Buggy could chop everything and anything his imagination would allow. He could then split things down to a molecular level and split blackbeards other 2 from the inside of blackbeard and Brook could then split the souls enough to devistate BB enough for Luffy to come in and Finish off

I am usually a champion for Buggy D. Future King but something I’ve been seriously considering lately is that Buggy is to Shanks what Usopp is to Luffy. So what if the community’s thinking of how the notoriety/long term title and recognition around the world won’t go to Luffy but instead someone like Buggy is somewhat of a red herring and instead God Usopp is the end game answer hiding in plain sight?

Once I heard you say that you don't know if Buggy will win Law in a fight, I figured out that you actually know nothing or you didn't do enough research. I don't think he will have a serious fight *with shanks* (not sure if thats what you were asking or not), but he will have a serious fight eventually. I actually think he will fight somebody who only he can beat - like Mihawk and Croc fail, or even other people fail - truly cementing his god status. As for the emotional moment with shanks, 100%. I bet when shanks dies buggy will cry profusely. And they may even have other moments outisde of that if they get to meet

I would love to see Shanks and Mihawk team up against Garling in the final war also I think Dragon will have a confrontation and battle with IMU either before Luffy or if Luffy need a break in the middle of the fight and Dragon steps in.

I think luffy and buggy are the two parts that will make up Rocks. Combined the two personalities, that's the only person who can gather a crew like the Rocks pirates.
