Her “first appearance”? So what you’re saying is that the ina from “So it begins” is not Ina. If that’s true, then I wonder who that “Ina” is then.

@@pikira2246 I think because Ina is always destined to become The Priestess, AO Chan probably took on her form. Let’s theory craft. If Oddity - Encounter is “Ina’s” first appearance, she has yet to become The Priestess of the Ancient Ones. AO Chan disappeared during “So It Begins” after inflicting madness to Mumei, the guardian of civilization. The ancient ones now have a link in space time to appear wherever there is a connection in the void, like a wormhole. That connection is this current Ina, who is obviously older than the Past Ina from the “Violet” music video.

AO Chan probably took the form of the priestess since she is destined to meet AO somewhere in space time. Since the void is heavily associated with space, AO Chan can appear anywhere as long as it has a connection.

It’s interesting, because in this continuity of these animations, Ina (or at least a variant we know as the priestess of the ancient ones) was among the council during “So it Begins” that was until she was exiled for tempting Mumei with the ancient one’s knowledge, inflicting her with madness. (Berries kept the sanity in check) So, if we are seeing a pre-Ina prior to accepting the Ancient Ones, does that mean the original was from another space-time? Also, this version of Ina seems like the art student vs. the Past Ina from the “Violet” Music Video, which implies a more rural, younger child who seemed destined to become a priestess. Of course, fan animations aren’t canon, and we all play off the pieces of lore we have. So, I have to wonder if this Ina will eventually become one from “So It Begins” creating a loop?

@@pasteladream course, I love Hololive English’s lore because all the members have a role in affecting the others beyond the themes that were established for them (especially someone like Ame) Another theory I had was, the “Ina” we saw in “So It Begins” was just the Ancient One’s taking on the form of their destined Priestess, so when the Handikaied states that this is “Ina’s” first appearance, they really mean the actual Ina who first comes in contact with AO Chan who used the void to travel to a connection point in Space-Time it made with civilization. Thus creates the loop.

@@kinoleogeo7998 for me i feel like the one in the " so it begins " is her first appearance and then she got slashed by kronii then ao-chan slurrped the bits of ina then when to the earth and splash the bits of her and waiting to her revival then in this video where the ina we know is the first appearance (human one) and i feel like she got reincarnated or reborn again and ao chan suddenly plops in hear her since ao-chan feels the presence of her owner then out of curiosity and ao chan new that ina will touch her just went to the flow and ao chan wakes up in's true power

@@Handikaied Well, I guess that cleared things up. Cause I was sure that her species was human. But if she’s human, then how did she exist before earth was created? Or is that gonna be explained later? Edit: Nevermind, I typed that before I watched the video. Seems like they;re bot completely different entities.

The way I see it is that the being in So it Begins is AO-chan and the human Ina which we see now later on takes her appearance (in terms of outfit, I suppose). Still, why AO-chan looked like Ina before this moment, or should I say why Ina happens to resemble so much AO-chan? Perhaps this human Ina was intended all along as a vessel for AO-chan?
