Oden didn't fight prime or hybrid form kaido and yes kaido would lose to prime Roger or whitebeard, but he wouldn't get wrecked.

That wasn't prime Kaido, Kaido didn't use his hybrid form and he got way stronger now. Sure Roger and Whitebeard are stronger but not far stronger it will be a close fight but Roger and Whitebeard will end up winning at the end, don't underestimate Kaido's strength.

The whole island is full of singing things and buildings out of sweets with faces, which is how it was supposed to be like and I think Toei hit the theme of WCI just fine, especially the creepiness behind all the happy faces (Big Moms song was crazy good)

Prime whitebeard would definitely beat prime kaido, but you missed out on two things : 1- Oden after he returned to wano was much stronger than when he left. 2- Kaido grew much stronger in the 20 years he ruled Wano.
