Odeon Hastings is a beautiful 4 Screen Cinema. This footage was recorded in 2002 after recently changing from an ABC to an Odeon Cinema. This cinema is built within the old Gaiety Theatre dating back to 1882. As well as looking in projection and the auditoria we are treated to a backstage tour of the original dressing rooms from 1882. Peter the Chief projectionist tells us about the history of the cinema, and of the original Gaiety Theatre. This is certainly a great Memory of Cinema.
