Good day everyone! This is a classic recipe for Moldavian vertuta from puff pastry. So often cooked in our Odessa region
Vertuta with cheese/cottage cheese is tender and multi-layered
For the dough:
900 g of flour
500 ml. milk
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
160 g of vegetable oil for greasing the vertuta
2 egg yolks for greasing the finished vertu
Filling:
1200 g of medium-fat cottage cheese
6 small eggs
2 teaspoons of bitter salt
Bake for 1 hour. 30 min. at 180-200 degrees. If necessary, cover the top with foil
