I was a freshman in high school when I first heard this song in FH4. I’m a freshman in college now. Time flies, take one day at a time.

This is the only song you are allowed to play in a McLaren Senna, any other song does not cut it as you have the beautiful engine sound. Thank you for having this on Forza Horizon 4, created many great memories with me and my brother during lockdown. I also like some of your other music, including Say My Name (which is in Forza Horizon 3 [THE BEST HORIZON] )

There was an article I read a few months back that talked about how much stress and anxiety children and young adults had in mid 2018. They said that an 18 year old on average has more stress and anxiety than a psychiatric patient in the 1950s. After hearing an intro like that and getting hit with the solo piano, it was a very emotional sounding piece for me. After listening to this song 20 plus times, I can say that at this point I listen to this very song when i have to unwind from reality. I posted a quote i had said to a friend about this same song on a different video. "When my job, school and family get to be to much for me, I sit in my room and listen to this very song, because to me, this song gives me (pun intended) a moment apart from all of it. It gives me emotional support and comfort, just to hear this song. I hope other can feel the same peace when listening to it as well.

Just 24 hours ago, I had never even heard Odesza, let alone this album. What an innocent and fortunate recommendation. When this tune started, it was as if time stood still, and all I could do was close my eyes and surrender to the experience. I haven't been moved to tears in ages, yet this song opened a door to a deeper inner knowing I forgot was there. It reminds me of a quote from Joseph Campbell, "I don't believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive." Thus far, this album is providing that experience.

In December, 2022, my two cousins and I went on a trip up the mountains with some shrooms... we havent seen each other or had a good relationship due to family drama for well over 5 years. The intent was to wash away the past several years and restart. I added this to our "trip playlist" knowing neither of them never heard it before. It came on at the peak of our high as we were laying there in the living room just listening to music in pure bliss.... My cousin opened his eyes at the end of this song and said "wow, this is the kind of song youd want to play as you're dying and departing from this world".... He was exactly right, this song represents life, death, and everything in between. Never. Gets. Old....

My cat recently passed away.. He's been with me since I was 12 years old. I've been lost without him ever since then I forgot the love I had for this song until my friend showed me this once again.. He relieved the memories of how much I adored for my beloved family member. Its an constant reminder of how much I love him and he'll even be loved to this day. Rest in peace Sally. ❤

I remember the day. 2018, December 25th, Christmas day. I opened one of my presents. It was forza horizon 4. I was so excited to play. It was for my sister's xbox but she didnt mind. I played for hours. I had such a blast that Christmas. *If only I could relive it again.* But for now, my favorite part... 1:25

The feels when I realized the lyrics were simply "I love you most, I love you more now". Such a peaceful and inspiring tune this.

Forza Horizon 4 Brought Me Here

It's hard and bittersweet for me to go back and play this game and listen to this music now. When FH4 came out I had just bought an MX-5, gotten a raise at my job and was playing Horizon 4 as it had just come out obviously. I had racked up hundreds of hours, gotten hundreds of cars and gotten really good throughout my entire early FH4 experience. Right after COVID hit and we went into lockdown in that time period I got laid off from my job and my life ever since has gotten continuously worse and worse until where I am now. Living in a tiny motel room with barely anything to my name, biking miles back and forth to a crappy dead end job everyday because the transmission in my MX-5 grenaded itself at 95K miles and I do this just so I can barely afford to eat cheap, unhealthy slop to keep myself alive. Today I had some rare free time away from work and decided to reinstall FH4, big mistake. This song came on the radio when driving around, I started to just silently welt streams down my cheeks so I had to close the game and take awhile to reflect on why. I came to the realization the game is indeed an emotional experience, but that's not what made me cry. It was simply the game, ambiance and music in the game that brought back those good memories and it was too much to handle 😥 Just needed to get this off my chest, sorry for the long post.

As you fall your life flashes before your eyes: The sleepover you had with your friends in elementary school, your first school dance, driving down a empty road laughing with your closest friends, graduation of high school, getting into college, moving into your dorm, graduation of college, your deepest heart break, getting a job, meeting the love of your life, getting married, moving in to a home, getting promoted, getting a pet together, slow dancing next to a window while it’s snowing with your loved one, having a child, sleepless nights, kindergarten, hanging your child’s finger painting, having a second child, them graduating high school, then college, mourning the loss of your favorite pet, retirement, attending weddings, children moving away, your spouse passing, you thinking about how for the first and last time in your life you where truly happy, and in peace, you let go. You soar high above the treetops, and skies, you create a rainbow to show your family that you are okay, and you rejoice with your beloved pet, spouse, siblings, parents and grandparents. You look back on every choice you made, they all contributed to making you you. With a last breath of the air in your lungs you say with joy and confidence, “thank you”.

I write this tribute: To Forza Horizon 4 - It's hard to let go. The player base was falling off by the minute. Its loyal players held on, but I knew what I had to do. Forza Horizon 5 is good and all, but let's be honest here: Horizon 4 really hits it home. I knew every road like the back of my hand. I felt so bad deleting the game, but I know, deep down, that I will return. Be it 2 years or 5 years or 10, I will be back. And it will be this song right here that brings me to tears. I wait to press A to take in the full experience. To Ken Block - Thank you. Thank you for inspiring countless people to be themselves, hoon around, and have fun every once in a while. But I tip my hat to you most of all for getting me into cars. I was an anxious kid in a lonely world. I had no commitments or interests or goals. Then you showed me the world of what you could do with a car. My eyes opened up. I now have a reason to give effort in what I do. You may be gone, but rest assured, you will never be forgotten. Years ago when I was trying my best to lose weight, I would go out on morning jogs and listen to this song. My route was near the waterfront so hearing this while seeing the sun rising above the water was almost like a spiritual experience, and it helped me push myself to my absolute limits. 5 years later and I now have the body I dreamed of!

FH4 driving soothes my soul, particularly when accompanied by this song. The overall atmosphere is just perfect, and I absolutely adore the Main Menu with this tune. ❤

I had to put my dog down a few weeks ago. He was my best friend for over 13 years. Later that night this started playing in the car. I had never heard it before and the sound immediately resonated with me. I then looked at the song title and it broke me. And 10 years later, I sit down with my xbox one, which would be ancient by then, drinking it all in. *That's what I call nostalgia, and it already feels nostalgic.*

I remember getting my first ever home console, a Xbox One S, with Forza Horizon 4 Pre-installed, ready to play at 8-9 years old, got into my favorite vehicle and just driving into the forest while viewing my vehicle, truly the best music to go along whenever you're feeling motivated, especially the beginning of it. I don’t play forza ( bit old) but my boys ( 6 & 11) do. So I’ve heard this song and always loved it. Now my 6yo has found out the title and plays it at home😊. It’s such a poignant and evocative track that will forever remind me of my boys at a young and carefree age. Sweden on Minecraft gets me the same.

I love how this song is used in fh4! My guess is that this song is used for the mclaren senna as the car was a tribute to an F1 legend, Ayrton Senna. He was one of the best drivers in F1 history. Sad that he had to pass away from a crash.

i feel nostalgic to forza horizon 4, the second i heard this play for the 10th anniversary update last week, oh... i had more than some tears in my eyes, i had memories flooding back in... that race with the bikes in the trailers we thought was gonna add bikes to the game the quartz regalia the top gear track-tor when eterna was called timeless FM the player didnt talk the seasons actually affected the game and winter wasn't pathetic (like c'mon guys) edinburgh castle being a god damn g r i n d . toyota coming back was a whole celebration in the community when we thought the supra gr would be on horizon 4 when the ferrari 599XX EVO was the fastest car in the game the huge ice lake during winter Keira. this all happened almost 5 years ago... except keira, she was there since horizon 3 in 2016...

God, this song will stay with me forever. I remember firing up Horizon 4 for the first time and just being in awe of the game, and this masterpiece. And consequently ever other time I jumped in game after that first time.

I blasted this in my civic type r 2018 and a Hyundai Veloster 2019 was right next to me and started to rev and it was on. We both took off on the traffic light and went to a gas station, he followed he got out and congratulated me for winning and started talking about our cars telling each other about he HP, etc. Me and him are friends now and We go on long ass drives now and it’s so much fun, we both blast this in our cars.
