Have a question on the grip install, hope I ca put into words my concern? So the stock rubber grips have grooves so that the clam shell housing where all the buttons are will be sealed from water. Does the clam shell for the buttons have a partition to keep water out with these new grips? The stock grips going inside of the button housing may make a seal for water to not get in? Does the housing when putting back together make contact with the bar to keep out water? I think it does but could not quite see in the video. Does the newer grips leave a gap between the flat part of the bar and the housing to allow water to get in? Thank you!!
