GREAT VIDEO! Only small thing is that Odoo 14 did come out on schedule in Oct 2020... Odoo 15 was released on schedule in Oct 2021. As far as I know going back all the way I don't think they ever missed a delivery date since rebranding as Odoo.
I used approximately all versions since tiny erp ! And seriously since the beginning I was convinced that one day this software will be the worlds standard. Especially by the increasing integration of AI ... this thing will be able to run a whole company autonomously 🤩 of course we will always need people for the strategy, product dev ect...
There is one factual mistake - Odoo v14 was released in 2020, not 2021. In a few days, Odoo v 15 will be released → they are sticking to release policy - a new version every year
Up to v8 the enterprise and community versions were almost the same after and including version 9 some of features are available in enterprise only and still core of odoo is community edition .
Is a great software I've been working with them since the 05 and is very useful they even have a fork version with a lot of success in Latin America, but Odoo is still the better solution of both.
Wouldn't Summit Partners have been annoyed that their investment went towards buying out the old investors? How exactly do you achieve a buyout of an old investor using a new investor's money? Wouldn't the new investor want the old investor's stake for themselves?
