I met a 6 year old kid and his mother at the local college hockey game last night. She told me when he was 3.5, he came bounding into her room at midnight and said, "I want to play hockey! I want to be in the NHL!" Not saying it's going to happen, but at least the parents are supporting his dream. Kid was full of energy, that's for sure.

У фигуристов нет таких тренеровок, вокруг перчаток ездить резко, круги наматывать вот как пацан на видео. Фигурное катание они в основном вперёд едут задом и набирают скорость. Ну и не мудрёно у нас в России всё через 5-ю точку делается 😂

I remember being that age when I would get up early to get in hockey skating practice before school started. There was nothing like being alone on a clean sheet of ice on an outdoor rink or pond first thing in the morning. It was the only sport I played where I actually loved to practice. Baseball was boring unless you were hitting and football was drudgery and lots of standing around.
