With all due respect. Please stop making the incredibly naive assumption that our bikes are unrealistic. You have a platform and are using it to then misinform people. Whether that’s unintentional or not, research should be done before just putting this sort of stuff out. The factory bikes are literally developed by ex pro riders and factory level team owners who competed, and won in ama supercross/motocross. We did everything with the real life industry experience that we have, to make it as immersive and realistic of an experience as we could. No, they aren’t perfect. Nothing is. However, they’re not unrealistic.
I feel as far as my content goes, I will always give my honest opinion (right or wrong) and I have been told that the factory bikes are realistic and I agree to a certain degree. In the game we've had tracks and the game in general, developed around the OEMS and to have the factory bikes come out and FLY and go super fast (Compared to the OEMS) and have the grip on the tires that they have just feels "unrealistic" (As far as what we've seen and used in the game) Sure you can bring in all the people you want and they can "develop" the bikes BUT I don't think that we'll ever get 1 to 1 replica bikes from real life to a video game, nor should we. There's a sense of realism in both bikes but neither are perfect, but certain things to me are perceived as unrealistic on the factory bikes AND THE OEMS. I understand that you have put time, effort, and a lot of thought in to these bikes but the OEMS used to be very similar in a sense of being "OVERPOWERED" and YES, you guys have done a better job balancing certain things out. But everyone used to complain that the OLD OEMS had too much power and traction. Either way, everyone is intitled to an opinion, I have mine and I can see your side as well. Thanks for the comment and being mature about the way you feel.
@@IanMX the problem however is when you called your opinion facts. You did so in this video. Our tyres also have less grip than the oem tyre, so immediately it invalidates your “fact”
@@IanMX If you feel like both bikes have unrealistic aspects, why did you explicitly call out the factory bike for being unrealistic for simply being different? In the grip and power of it that is.
@@TunaIRL Something I noticed and observed while riding the bikes, and this video was made a while ago, stuff might have changed but I shouldn't have said it was a FACT. Just more a personal opinion.
@@borty1262 MX Bikes is probably in the best place it could be at this moment. Unfortunately the people's mindsets may not be in the right place. We are very fortunate that we even have the options. We have two different teams that are putting in their hard work to provide us with a "better" experience. And it's all FREE! People will never be happy....
Interesting on the notes about realism. I find the factory bikes feel more realistic, especially in Supercross. With the OEMs you HAVE to accelerate the whole way through every turn in order to triple into a section. Watch a pro race and you can see they don't accelerate until 1/2 - 3/4 through the turn. The factory bikes feel more real when you ask me. Another thing to consider is the factory team is small and entirely new, so variety between bikes and more community support will likely come. I need to give the new OEMs a real try but having to adjust my entire settings to be able to even turn the damn things really irritates me.
the factories also handle better + are able to go to more angle before falling off, few seconds faster on factories than oem too they're so much nicer + look cooler
I think the fresh wind was really needed, to me the game didnt feel right for a long time now. The Factory bikes gave me a lot of bike feel back that was lost in the last couple of updates.
I personally feel the differences with each factory bike. The suzuki's being the fastest. from my 23 years of riding and racing experience, the factory bikes feel more realistic to me. Think about it. When you're riding your dirt bike in real life, you don't have to worry about Piboso physics. And the Factory bikes get rid of that problem. I love all of them from the 125's to the 450's. The power delivery and stability feel a lot more realistic to me and it suits my riding style as well. Plenty of skins starting to come out for them as well!
Interesting to hear your opinion with your experience! I play MX bikes since a few years and wrote a dirt bike just 3 times in real life. One time in Bali through the rain jungle with almost no experience... This trip fucked my ass i can tell you bit im glad i did it. Sooo about the bikes... i like the Factory bikes but always thought the oem's are more fun in the long run. Don't know how long you`ve been playing Bikes but i think the Factory bikes are a bit too easy. I mean on the factory bikes the most thing you have to care about is to not overshoot stuff (which is probably more realistic know that i think about it). What do you think about the whips oem vs. factory?
Until mxb adds a leg control option it will never be like irl. You barely use your arms. It's all your legs. It's kind of annoying having to eat front fender to get bikes to stay straight.
@@nihylbaxter7396 I have about 550 hours into the game. With that being said I still think the factory bikes are better. There are situations you SHOULD be able to flat land that the oem bikes do not allow for. Can’t ride aggressively on them. I’ve always been good at whips so the whips feel equally good on both bikes. I can land at more of an angle in certain situations on the factory bikes which sets me up for corners better. Oems are alright, but they just don’t have the same pop as the factory bikes do. Just my two cents and personal experience though
it’s really weird i’ve always preferred the OEM 450’s over the 250’s and once i found the factory bikes and rode them it was far better then the OEM’s. Gotta have good throttle control but whatever bike suits you no matter if factory or OEM just ride whatever you prefer yourself
Great video and all points are valid but one. The customization options are limited yes but they just released. PSDs came out within days of models and they are updating them more when they add the KTM in. They are also not new to this. They were involved with the OEM team but decided to build their own bikes
factory bikes are more realistic in the aspect that they have power and u cant just dump the clutch or full throttle and not wheelie or backflip or whatever, and oems feel like even when full throttling they take a sec to actually get going even though the engine sound indicates its not bogging or anything of the sort, but oems look so good.
Hi, im sorry for asking my question here but I cant find the answer anywhere. Im back on the game after a 6-7 months brake and Oem bike feel weirds, I can go full trottle and my front wheel always touch the ground. I feel like my bike is stick on the ground wtv I try to do. I cant do wheelie anymore. Is it like that since the new update or I have a weird bug? I dont have this "issue" with factory bike
@@IanMX Hi, thanks for you answer, i've discovered that the tires are way less grippy that they used to be but it depends of the maps. When I play in the practice track its very slipery it feels like I ride on ice, but if I play on Forest it feels decent
Thank you for the video, nicely done. I personally like that there is the OEM and Factory bikes in the game. Also what Shader setting do u use? Thanks.
Factory bikes are superior in my opinion. I feel like I can hop on a factory bike and be competitive with some of the fastest guys in the game. Where as on the oems i have to spend so much time on set up and avoiding the wonky physics of them. I am still competitive with some of the fastest guys on the oem bikes but it just takes way too much time for what I am wanting to put in
@@devanloll so rather than skill being what separates players you would rather have who has the most free time to figure out a setup and learn the wonky physics of the oems?
i get the same exact wonky physics with both, the oems are just more prone to it bc theyre aiming to emulate a bike from the dealership vs a tailor built factory bike.
The oem team def didnt plan on putting out that update so soon. Idgaf what they say. Preview 4 came out a week before. But yea the new oems are different. They feel like the piboso bikes tbh and you can do some cool stuff with them but this triple crown will show the winner. Both can be used who do you think wins. Factory smokes oem.
