People get upset due to their expectations not being met. This is basic human psychology for all of us! I'm pretty close to this business and when it comes to selling a dream some of these OF "Manager" type of people are some of the worst humans I've ever encountered in my life. This is what I took from the situation. The guy promised her 50% of her OF earnings, which he did adhere to. The only problem is I'm sure he GUARANTEED her that she would be making ASTRONOMICALLY more per month than she made prior to signing on with him. This is the part that NEVER happened. She made basically the same with him as she did with the last manager. Based on some of the stuff she was saying it sounds like she thought she was signing on to a well run machine with a stable of women that she says she was also promised to get an extra 10% off of each girl, but when she got to wherever this guy was, there was NO "well-run machine," NO stable of women that she could collect extra money from, and nothing really seemed promising at all. Seems as if it was just this guy and a dream and him extremely exaggerating what he and his company could do for her. At the end of the day she probably thought she'd be making that $20K that she made in 4 - 5 months, EVERY month from her OF alone. And then on top of that $20K she probably thought she'd be bringing in an EXTRA $10K - $20K per month, or more, from this guys "stable" of OF girls that she would be "guiding" or "assisting" that turned out to be completely NON-EXISTENT! The dude probably gassed her up and sold the dream to where she thought she'd be making $40K - $50K EVERY month. Not $20K in 4 to 5 months. It sounds like she was already making that and she chose to leave and work with him so she could make a whole lot more money. But this never happened. I'm not on her side (or either of their side), and I absolutely hate how girls just willy nilly throw around heavily weighted terms like "trafficking" and "assault" like it's no big deal! I can't stand that! But... I absolutely understand the point she was trying to make about the guy and about her gripes with him. She just isn't intelligent enough to thoroughly explain it in a concise way without getting emotional. Dude sold her a huge dream and promised her a lot.
