23:02 Yes, Absolutely! Totally agree. Know one such woman who dragged her marriage for years and only recently she filed for divorce and both of them signed the paper. Hopefully, she'll find freedom soon. And hopefully, she'll learn to own her mistakes and accept her failures instead of blaming others and finding escape. No wonder she's an unhappy woman. No one who refuses to accept their faults can find true happiness in relationships of any kind.
