Nanna has a little beauty mark next to her right eye. I just love this band ever since I first heart "Crystals" early in 2015. I have both of their CDs and listen them a lot! They are so unpretentious, unassuming, humble, sweet, kind, and have a universal appeal. They make me want to cry sometimes, when I am listening them, they are so good. I'm not all that young, but their music makes me happy in a young sort of way, if that makes sense. I just love them!!
+jean earnest Thanks, Jean! I guess I made sense even with my word omissions and misspellings. They are just a multitalented group of young people from Iceland intent and focused on making the best music they can, and it's great that they usually have the flag of Iceland displayed in their concerts. I hope to see them in person, someday. The special edition of "BENEATH THE SKIN" has 4 extra recordings; two new songs and remixes of two others. I could go on and on about OMAM. They are just adorable.
+chong p wong Thanks, Chong! I have their first CD and play it and the second one a lot! "My Head Is An Animal" and "Beneath The Skin" - I can't go a very long time without hearing them! OMAM are just the best as far as I'm concerned. Again, I just love them, and God bless them, I pray!
I first listened to their music when I was driving through Iceland and their entire Album was so magical, the whole island felt like it was enchanted. They are so incredibly talented, I love them
how is it when he misses a note like that it somehow jives (even though a trained ear can hear it), and when I miss a note it's like all the dishes just fell out of the cupboard?
I think this is what's missing from the produced version. The two of them have a perfect harmony, their voices just blend together so seamlessly. That's what made their first album so good.

I am starting to realize there are two types of music. Human music. Type of music that celebrate human life. Then there are the non-representational music. These music cannot be reduced to human emotions. These types of musics are the forefront of human experience.
I am starting to think there are two types of people, people who imagine there are "types", and people who see things as being on a spectrum that isn't quantized. Just saying.
I mean...yes? But this band you can barely find a band like this...their lyrics, audio is amazing...plus every one of them seems to have an equal role in a band, they are down to earth...ye nanna and raggi are singers so they step up a bit, especially nanna/as shes a cute girl/, but the band as whole is a phenomen to me.
To answer the question below me: you don't. There's nothing. You just repeat this until you regurgitate it in your sleep and then to your great grandchildren before they fall asleep.
Nanna, Raggi & Arnar are the members in the band who write their songs. Maybe its something to do with that. I personally enjoy seeing Arnar play, he can play multiple instruments and he's awesome 😁
