Hey guys! I'm from Wyoming and I found you guys and Love what you are doing! I watched the Maui Axis deer hunts and love it! Always have wanted to do it! Eric asked the question about a subscription format and no sensoring! I would love that because the ads are anoying and I want to see the real, raw deal and am impressed with how you take care of the game! Thanks for the work you are doing!!

I told my wife I have a great idea for us to go to Hawaii/Maui for the next family vacation after the last few videos. She then saw me watching this the next day and was not as excited as when I brought it up. Lol

As a poor college student I would be heartbroken if Hush and other outdoors channels went strictly to premium subscription based content. If there was a way to keep the regular hunting, fishing content, etc. as free to the viewer content that would be nice. I’m sure other people share the same sentiment as me. You could also have a sub-folder that’s exclusive to members that includes game processing, pro tips, and other “premium” content. I think that might solve some issues when it comes to demonetization while also continuing to grow your base with free viewer content. Absolutely LOVE Hush and every video seems to get better!!

So that's why most of that is off RU-vid. That's a huge plus for me and my family to see the butchering but in all honesty I would not want to pay for it. If there was a platform that you could have with others, such as Born and Raised. A combo deal would be great. I hate not seeing the butchering. Thanks for the explanation. Your content is great!

We will always provide content on every platform. A paid platform would give us control of what we show and would be as free. That’s the bonus. And maybe even some exclusive content like butchering.

Awesome work guys. Suggestion for a video from you guys, be nice to have a tutorial video on how you guys fly for some of your hunts. I know only some airlines are hunter friendly to allow game meat on flight with you. A closer look of how you guy travel would be awesome. Information on costs and regulations for transporting game hide and meat. Or if you have to ship the hide/antlers and meat separate. Greatly appreciated.

To ship meat inter island use Kamaka Air Cargo - 1 cooler up to 50lb for $35; just make sure you duct tape or latch it shut. They ship same day - drop off in morning and pick up a few hours later. Not sure about getting from Hawaii to mainland though…

The problem with a subscription channel is you (Hushin) are not the only channel talking about going to pay to watch format and I already cut the cable so I could save money - money I can now use for hunting and fishing. If you, BRO, Randy Newberg, Gritty, Switchback, Angry Spike, Angry Mountain, Elk 101, Angler West and etc all start charging a small fee, I have to choose between paying everyone to watch and going myself. I understand this is how you make your living but with hyper inflation we are in now, think hard about adding to it.

The trouble with easily accessed platforms YT is that you are always under control of others. I am always in favor of operating under the least amount of external control. Yes, I am in favor of a subscription program. However, their are other considerations. My favorites are Hushin, as I believe you provide the best content on the web. I also religiously follow Randy Newberg and Brian Call, both of which are considering the same options. I believe there will be limits on just how many of these and others that will be affordable -- that is, unless I choose to become a virtual hunter.

I would subscribe and watch but the only request would be make it affordable to the regular hunter who may not be able to afford a lot but still wants to watch and support you guys. I think it’s a great idea though. You guys are awesome me and my little boys love your content.

You should try it in teriyaki sauce! Cut them like 1/4 thick and let them soak like 2 / 3 days . Cooked them on the BBQ!

I love the video! Love the content, one of my dream hunters is to go after axis deer! I think they’re just freaking cool! And I don’t want this to be taken the wrong way, but I just wanted to speak my feelings on it. I feel like hush doesn’t have the hunger it once did, like idk like with all the success across all the platforms you guys use, I feel like I don’t get the same feeling from the videos I once did. Like you guys push out content for content sake. I miss the hunger, feeling like I’m right there with you, seeing the desire to do anything it takes to get that Buck or bull. Again, not trying to be negative, but I miss that, like I’m just sitting on the edge of my seat, just waiting to see it all come together and the relief when a hard hunt works out against all odds. But hey I’m just one got, just one opinion!

@@gethushin and don’t get me wrong I love the fact that they have an option besides RU-vid, but I think when you look at the price of streaming services like Netflix and compare to one channel the pricing is to steep. But I do realize bills need to be paid. Just sad how bad RU-vid has become. Would be a perfect world if we could pay for all the channels we want at like $2 a month a channel but that would probably be impossible.

Gritty went to a private platform and I like it alot. I think he and Ryan pioneered the way. I have left FaceBook and have no plans on returning to that commie platform. Just about done with IG as well. So I like the idea of a platform such as Locals. However, the cost of watching just 1 channel costs more than watch something like Hulu with bunches of channels. I think the hunting industry has failed to address this. I am not willing to spend the money on multiple channels. Randy Newberg was looking into something too! It is sad you all can not come up with a platform that covers all the participants...Gritty, hushin, b&r, Randy, Muley Freak, etc. All for $10/mth.....that is doable. $7 ea per group per month, not doable. Other interests have platforms with multiple interests on them. Full30, for example. The hunting industry could easily provide one without limiting the independence of each group. In my opinion only way it is going to work. Can't believe it has not already happened. That's my two cents. Btw, I feel good I had the courage to completely leave FB. Getting away from yahoos and idiots is one big advantage of a paid for service. The GRITTY STHEALTHY Locals platform is awesome. Everyone gets along, and no idiots...well...except for me! Love yourHawaii videos! Very interesting hunt.

Mine as well go to TV if you decide to go to paid subscription. I understand the extra content. But I personally think it's a bad idea. Last year's content was wishy washy on Eric's content since he gave up all the time compared to this year and his prior years. Casey's and bmack content and growth has showed a ton in the last few years and it's Educational for so many new time outdoors enthusiasts. Not trying to diss Eric. But was really bummed to see how last year and the year before he wasn't all in it. But this year he seems to be making a good comeback.

Love your content and would probably pay, if I had to, but would be upset about it. As long as it was still just as easy to watch across all devices and televisions. Perhaps an occasional demonetized video is a compromise that you accept in order to keep delivering the quality content that made you what you are. Plenty of other channels do it.

I wouldn’t buy it. If all of the channels I watch do the same thing I would not be able to afford it reasonably. My hunting already costs enough as is. However I agree YT is absolutely unreasonable for hunting related content.

It is RIDICULOUS that RU-vid flags butchering and costs you guys money. That's ridiculous. I would love to watch you guys on a different platform; I have 2 little kids and a 3rd on the way. Unfortunately, after Disney+, Netflix, and the other streaming stuff we pay for, paying again, just for one show, would be tough. However, if you, BRO, Trapping Inc., some of the other outdoor channels all wanted to get together and create ONE platform, like a "OutdoorsTube", I'd totally pay for that.

@@gethushin I totally get it. I wish @RU-vid would fix their problems, not flag / punish people. They have straight up butchering channels on here. But bc it’s not “traditional livestock” and there was a gun involved, people advocating and educating about all natural foods, get punished. It’s ridiculous. Maybe @RU-vid should actually WATCH the channels they are punishing
