no it was in the patch notes-operator rework. Ubisoft saw that due to amaru's unfavorable kit i.e. sub par primary and secondary weapons, undesired speed (2 speed), and general lack of presence that she was in for some much needed quality of life changes in the form of what you just saw in the match replay
