as a person who spends half my life upto my ears in car wiring looms i have to ask why oh why do people insist on using red and black cable for everything? also why not use the the body of the van as a full negative run? . saves on cable and also eliminates voltage drop. why not use feral crimps and glue lined heat shrink instead of wagos? the best practice is to drill a fresh hole through the bulk head for the power feed as over stretching the grommet will make it wear through with vibration . apart from that its nice to see good size cable used

Thanks your watching ✌🏻 we used red and black cable as it's easier to differentiate for the owner of the van when it comes to servicing and maintenance, and we grounded the system through a chassis earth, with all apropristley sized cables! Totally get your thoughts though, I agree :)

@@CoupleWithACamper everyone gets reduced means positive and black means negative .. that's human nature.. it's when people need to fault find thats when the issue starts.. as in the case of the camper I have here now in the workshop... All read cables which is great till it becomes a loom inside the body panel... Course are available and make circuits identifiable a lot faster .. we are 2 days into fault finding
