Just got me a burgundy X5 like this but with the chromed rims . It’s nice to see what it can do since I mostly drive mine in San Francisco. I want to find roads to drive off road
@@870dns2 I’m pretty sure the rear axle was first air ride option in 2000. 4.6is was the first to get the air suspension all 4 axles, then when facelift happened, you could option any BMW X5 E53 with air ride which gave you a lot of clearance. It’s a rare option but if you wanted a brand new X5 at the dealer you can put as an option standard, sport suspension, rear axle air suspension or full suspension air(LCI) if you want to easily find an X5 with all air suspension - 4.6 and 4.8 came standard with it. To make this simple 2000-2003 Only 4.6is got full air ride 2000-2003 regular X5 could get only rear axle air ride because full wasn’t an option yet. 2004-2006 facelift - you could get air ride complete system on 3:0i 4.4i and especially the 4.8is. 3.0I was super rare to have the all air ride.
@@aidenp5768 thx for the info. I don’t recall seeing any with air suspension in Romania. Not even the facelift model but again, most have diesel powered engines here
@@denisovanhybrid9610 Yea it’s an option. 4.8is has standard air ride all 4 sides 4.6is usually comes standard with all air, your situations I guess not.
Kao prvo ovaj auto nema gume za terensku voznju. Pune su blata i naravno da auto proklizava. Kao drugo ovaj auto nije namenjen za ovakve terene iako ovo nije mnogo zahtevno.
