Hi, thanks for the video, please am always confused at the neckline measurements because you add sewing allowance to join the CF pcs to side pcs, in the bust, waist and hip area, but you don't add it in the neckline area...please help me understand further, cos if it is joined 1 inches is removed or is it how it ought to be, please help
