Off spin bowling 

First off-spin tutorial I have found that has drills to keep the seam pointing to fine leg during flight, thank you 🙏🏻

I can say this is the best video on off-spin drills. Even the coaches hide these formulaes with us. I am ready to pay for this video. All my respect n admiration for this coach.

Yes awesome video. Very inovative and will help improve your bowling in every department. Just don't let kids do this because it is guaranteed way to never lose your chucking habit. Those who bowl legally should watch it because it strengthens your flight and accuracy along with other things. But for children it will teach only chucking. But well done if you know what to do with is advice.

I would suggest that releasing the ball with a legal action is completely different to doing so practicing with a throw. Thus, encouraging people to practice releasing the ball with a throw is a very bad practice. This practice makes you believe that the the issue is your wrist and hand alone, where it is pivot over your front foot, shoulder rotation and follow through in combination with wrist and hand position. This is just teaching people to use their elbow and wrist to spin the ball. Not good practice.
