Why are we cutting the tomatoes into rings before blending? .... I just slice in two, pop them into the blender... voila ... paste!!!😃

You can also chew gum while cutting, or cut the onions near running water. Great segment!

Those tomatoes look so ripe. Plantains is 😋😋😋. It’s not that spicy? 😂😂😂. I like Jasmine rice. You can also put your jollof in the oven. There’s a difference when things are placed in the oven. Love that kitchen setting.

short cut to prevent ypur eyes from crying cos of onions, put it in water with the peels before you peel n after peeling you put it in water again before slicing.
