As a Nepalese, I must say some of us look hella Asian, some of us look South Asian and Some in between. There is a whole spectrum. Growing up in Canada, I would always get mistaken for Korean in HS, and when I say I was born in Nepal, It intrigues them.

My husband is Samoan Hawaiian, people keep asking him if he’s Filipino and some old nana’s would actually start talking Filipino to him 😂 he’s just started to tell them yeah because even when he says he’s Samoan Hawaiian they’re like “NOT! You’re Filipino”😭😂it’s hilarious lol even Samoans tell him he look Filipino and don’t believe lol so now he’s like fuck it, yup i Filipino 😂 No one can accurately guess what I am lol but I always get Mexican 😂

I'm an Indopino (indian-filipino) and I look like a filipino with bigger eyes, a nose bridge, and facial hair. It's kinda nice having people guess what I am lol. I get khmer and Malaysian a lot on top of Filipino or Indian.

Nepalese people actually look like Nick, Ryan, Anthony and Joe. Asian mongolian, asian aryan and a mix of both. Very diverse.

I'm Alaska native and I get mixed up with so many other things because people never see my type of native outside of Alaska

From Nepal and I can 100% confirm about Chinese and Indian mix 😭😭😭😭. And some Mongolian.

Filipinos, mainly in Manila and the bigger cities, also celebrate Chinese New Years, because we have a lot of Chinese people in the Philippines too.

Joe and Bart has already said it many years ago, Indians and Asians mixed comes out looking Nepalese.

The Philippines is probably the most diverse set of people in the world. East asian, south asian, european spanish, arab spanish (the arabs ruled spain for many years, many people dont even know. al andalus), sub saharan african (arabs intermarried with them a lot), and strangly enough, native american ie. mexican, who the spaniards brought over to form mexican colonies there.

Filipino New Year in the Philippines with my family back in the day was lighting up fireworks in the neighborhood competing to see who can last longer lighting fireworks and my dad would always win. He'd light a few from what he bought earlier in the week by 1230AM he'd go get a duffle bag full of fireworks from his car and start lighting them up from 11PMto 2AM !

You should try taking a bath with a "TABO", the water pitcher that we Filipinos use in the bathroom. Imagine just waking up and because you're already late for school, your mother immediately yells at you to go take a bath. Ohh... I tell you that first pour on the head. It felt like I was doing the ice water challenge over and over again. Your breath goes out of your lungs, and you're shivering so much it's like you're going into hypothermia. Lol. It sure toughens you up though.

Filipino guy here, and yes every all Filipinos look hella different case and point my own family. My adopted dad is 1/4 Chinese, my adopted mom is 1/4 Spanish and I’m 1/4 Japanese. We all look recognizably Filipino but individually look nothing alike.

Look up Grace Chan and her brother Derek Chan to see what a Chinese/Indian mix looks like.

Not everyone in Taiwan is Han Chinese. My husband is pure Taiwanese indigenous Amis. There are also something like 16 other indigenous tribes in Taiwan who were there way before Han people took over. Not to mention Taiwan was colonised by other countries too like Japan.
