In my opinion they should have keep the same top 3 judges in practice & procedure committee but if any judge or judges are not available for some reason than that particular judge or judges choose their own replacement instead of giving authority to chief justice only

For all Brigadiers, Generals, Judges and grade 18 and above bureaucrats, who gets any public office, them and their family members assets should be disclosed and then reviewed at the time of retirement. If there is any discrepancy found, they must be questioned and scrutinized until they found clean or if not must be punished by the law and assets must be seized. Also, they should not be allowed to have any foreign trips for the next two years after retirement. Doing so, there will be a big decline in corruption in Pakistan. IT MUST BE PART OF THE CONSTITUTION! PTI must run the motion in the National Assembly and keep chasing it until done. Loudspeaker ki tarha taqreeron say Pakistan main kuch nahee badalnay wala….
