@@TechnicalHydra honestly, he is very skilled with electronics/editing and I’m sure he is pretty handy with tools. I don’t think he’ll ever work in the limelight of media, but I think Ryan can find a lowkey job doing something
I’d imagine him finally flopping onto a bed, and an achievement notification just pops up over his head with a trumpet noise, and he doesn’t notice cause he’s so tired.
My favourite part of this is that someday, Ryan's daughter is going to see this video, and she's going to bury her face in her hands in that unique combination of humiliation and amusement that only comes from embarrassing stories from when you were a kid.
@@sh0g0kawada 100% he has no one to blame but himself. It wasn't a "mistake", he knew exactly what he was doing from the beginning and even tried messaging these girls after his wife found out. Guy is a total POS.
@@decodelifehacker3446 ? Did say it did? Or did I just add another comment related to the topic and you assumed I was looking for an argument or to disagree?
@@peddlersclan I don't know what you were trying to say the original comment was something like ryan having a worst day you went on to talk about the fact that he not sorry and still doing bad things those are two different things
Well being that the problem was in the alternator, headlight fluid wouldn't be particularly helpful. What he really needed was to replace tiny weather machine that provides the electricity via lightning generation.
I never thought I would come back to this channel or video but jesus christ I have never felt so betrayed in my life. I feel like years of my childhood and life have been nothing but a lie and everything is crumbling to pieces around me. I hope everyone is as okay as they can be.
I'm not a car person, but the minute he started explaining that "electronics in the car started turning on and off randomly" I knew it was the alternator. Of course, i've also been in that position, on a large, crowded, Massachusetts highway.
They have a point about the Uber driver maybe EMP-ing Ryan's car. Considering everything that they have been in the news for lately, I would not put it past them.
Nah, a general focused EMP like that would take a SHITLOAD of power and be noticed, so unless they bribed the government of Texas, which could go pretty badly for them afterwards......OH SHIT!
2:55 so his family just left, and he was planning on having a “nap” before the convention when as Geoff said he could’ve slept in the car waiting for roadside assistance. By all accounts this could be a true story, but this man can’t be trusted anymore
Well Qrow’s semblances is bad luck to the ones around him, it doesn’t affect him. Sorry if that seemed nit picky but it’s a common misconception that Qrow’s semblance affects himself.
@@nokachi3339 No, it has never affected himself, give me an example of where it affects him, if it ever does affect him it's usually collateral damage from another person, for example the Tyrian fight in V4, Ruby walks in and puts herself in danger due to his semblence. "His Semblance does not discriminate on who it affects, which causes him to keep his distance from the people he cares about."
@@Lumaah Season 6 episode either 5 or 6, he props a leg up on the cart and the wheel randomly deflates. There's a point where they're in the house in Mistral and he puts his feet up on the table and its legs snap. In Volume 4 when he's explaining his semblence a log falls of the fire.
"Nothing has gone agregiously wrong, but you know, there's still time.." proceeds to go cheat and do something agregious hours after. He probably got off on the fact that it was all so in our face. Smh
Is your Recommended list full of Ryan shit, too? That algorithm is definitely broken. "Wow, a lot of people are googling this guy for some reason! Let's help them out!" Thanks, YT.
@@kingofmonsters14 idk wtf all this is even about. Never heard of these ppl but it was recommended. Fairly interesting, but I have no clue what really went on and no idea why it's in my feed
I'm honestly not surprised Ryan is not only married but also a father when he is able to do shit like this with honestly not too much complaint. Also Ryan even if the transmission in your car wasn't electric, the engine would have quickly died as they need electricity to make the fuel combust and the car go.
James Zippay That’s only for Diesel engines. Diesel engines create combustion through heat created by the pistons compressing the air and fuel in the cylinders. With normal gasoline engines combustion is created by a spark created by the spark plugs, so with no electricity there’s no spark, no combustion and the car won’t go.
Spencer. So a few questions, is your Dodge a truck? Does it have a Cummins Diesel as is common with Dodge trucks? If yes, then it's no surprise, diesels don't need electricity for combustion, they produce combustion through pressure and heat, this is what allows them to "run away".
@@TheGodGamr Nothing as bad a what Ryan did. He was sharing nudes with someone that turned out to be a catfish. Also a video was made of him and his wife (by him) without her consent. They've crawled into a social media hole and then took it with them.
@@TheGodGamrvery very late here, but he was catfished into recording himself sleeping with his wife (without her knowledge) and into taking nudes at the RT offices
It's horrible how Geoff jokingly poked holes in all of these types of stories, for YEARS, without realizing that every one of them was bullshit. I feel terrible for everyone affected by this assholes actions, and hope the victims can now heal.
Ryan played so hard into the stupid persona that it didn't matter how bad his lies were, any impurities in them could just be chalked up to "well, that's Ryan!"
Wow RU-vid random recommendation...he thought that was a bad day till a few weeks ago. Ironically only half this story could be true knowing what we now know.
I think Geoff thought Ryan was a liar. I know some people that lie with everything they say. I have the same kind of person in my life and that’s exactly how I am when they tell stories. Geoff has done that with Ryan before too. He also is always excited to hear Ryan’s new story. Probably because he wants to joke about how unbelievable it was.
@@alldayagainif they suspected anything, it was probably perhaps that ryan was just having an affair. it’s really unlikely that they would hear a story like this and come to the actual truth independently. they probably thought he was exaggerating for content or was covering up for something less serious
Yeah, his voice saying “really?!” was too high to be genuine. And even bigger is the fact he wasn’t looking at Ryan the WHOLE TIME. While everyone else does. He was listening to the lies.
chiming in to add that geoff has a young daughter and is the one that interviewed ryan in the first place. so reminder that everyone unfortunately was hurt in a personal way here
As I've recently left a relationship with someone that's manipulative and toxic, it's interesting to see things through this lens. Notice how Ryan peppers a bunch of unnecessary details in his tale that aren't relevant to the main point? It's word salad to keep people distracted, and to keep them from calling out inconsistencies. When you have so many variables that are half-baked, it's easy for a manipulator to change those details retroactively and gaslight the listener, so their story is airtight in the end. He also left *several* openings for others to change the subject - notice how he mentions the highway patrol office knocking at his door for someone else and pauses, but Jeremy keeps the story on-track. Then, he mentions the dog beds in the dryer, with a long pause hoping someone else will take the bait and change the subject - a form of deflection. He also left in little lies that he disproved ("shards of glass in my face - no, that's not true"), so he can maintain some semblance of "honesty" by joking around. The problem for Ryan here, is that his bullshit has been recorded and listened to by thousands of people - it's harder to gaslight and deflect that many people. It still happens, but it's not as easy as if this were a one-on-one conversation.
I had a day just like this yesterday with my car’s alternator; and immediately thought of this video when I got home. So this video hits me right in the feels now.
Oh man Ryan I know your pain. I'm literally a living EMP as anything electrical I touch will get brain cancer and stop working. And props to you for working through like a champ
Another lie. He probably was able to fool his family enough for them to think the car legitimately broke down. Got them on an uber and then as soon as they were gone probably raced off to meet another teenager to sleep with. And once again like the missing the plane story, Geoff seems to have known it was a lie all along.
