Spread receivers or backs out a bit and run to C D Gaps, Or Keep them compact and run wide Sweeps, Bunch formation screens and combo routes. I think the Gap 8 and Gam is weak on sweeps. Always worked for us. If you are familir with Worm formation run the Stretch Sweeps at them just wider then your end blocking back. Get a new coach next season. Do what you can to help the team win this season and then find another coach you can be a partner with and have better communication. Good Luck!
Lastly I ben a basketball coach over 15 yrs so coaching is something I no. But I ben a ass football coach for 5yrs but learning from other coaches about this game till I ran into a coach who tries to wear all the hats
Just help the youth football players with the season and find a new team next season. Been there done that. Or you can try to take him out for lunch and dinner to discuss your issues and find common ground.
