I remember taking one of my mums to Texas hospital for radiotherapy treatment na having to either be on Ngong road ama Langata road na drunk drivers between 11p.m and 5a.m, it was no joke, the close calls were scary.

You kill someone due to drunken driving and want to get credit for cooperating with the authorities. This is a psychopath that should taken away from the public forever. Someone's life is taken forever because of you wanted some entertainment...This rights thing went too far.
