He was so "afraid" of a pocket knife that he had to leave the safety of his vehicle and approach the knife's owner to escalate the situation by menacing him. I wonder when his last psych eval was...? He's probably long overdue for another. Unreasonable. Unfit for duty. Disgrace.

Cop walked up to him & belly bumped him down the sidewalk. Claims it's for safety because he has a knife. But the Cop obviously wasn't worried. He came up to a guy he claims is dangerous, sticks his belly out & bumped him on down the sidewalk. Make it make sense.
Can carry a knife as long as it's no bigger than 4 inches he doesn't feel comfortable but he gets in the blokes face i no im irish but that takes the biscuit
A couple of problems with what the officer is doing. First, is that he is advancing toward the person with a "knife". It has been shown that a person within 20 feet of a person with a knife vs. a person with a firearm, the person with a knife can close the distance and injury or kill the person with the firearm before they can defend themself. Second, a knife can not only be a "weapon" but also a tool. Many people use a knife for work, not just for self defense. To "assume" that the person with a knife has the intent to do evil is to assume that the person with a firearm is always is always intending to do good.
They do not have a legal authority to order people away from a tow truck on privet or public property. They just dont comprehend or understand their lawful athority, absence of a crime they have no lawful powers at all.
An observation that I had immediately was that that officer is an old timer. He is not accustomed to being videoed, but there’s nothing he can do about it and he knows it. You might’ve pointed out to him that the physical condition that he’s in he wouldn’t be able to even defend himself if he couldn’t get to a gun or a taser. if the other police officers are depending on him for protection they’re in big trouble. There’s no telling what an old-time pig like him got away with and it would be a good idea if there’s body camera evidence to pull it and also check out what his jacket is like over the years.

Claiming officer safety while you you continue to advance and escalate a situation defies logic. If it was actually about officer safety, He would be putting distance between himself and you, and other officers would come to aid him. The fact that all the other officers had no issues with you, and went about their duties without so much as a word means his lies won't hold water in court.
That tyrant says is officer safety but walks within inches from guy carrying a knife,would not he keep a safe distance if he was worried about being stabbed?Is all about intimidation tactics tho.
Start calling out he is a dishonest liar because he swore an oath to the constitution and our rights and he didn’t know them,care about them or try to learn them and he also on a daily basis lies to everyone about the law and our rights to try and charge innocent people and make criminals out of victims they create.
What took my attention from them putting a car on a tow truck 🤔 the tow truck driver is the one that was putting it up on there. I don't care about filming a tow truck.
