The OSHA inspection thing you did a while ago really has a lot of potential. Makes them look extra bad when they want to kick you out. You should also study up on ADA handicapped accessibility regs (ramps, Braille, doorway widths, etc), and tell them you're doing ADA compliance audits. Their blood should run cold hearing that.

It's always been shit in places. The shit is just getting filmed now & it's pissing people off that they're getting caught. The fact that the newest generation won't take the shit anymore gives me some hope though. In general I feel respect should be given but only on the assumption that respect will be returned. If it's not returned then you can't expect to still be treated respectfully. There's a reason my mom wasn't disrespected by her clients where she worked. She didn't take disrespect from them but she also respected them & she did what she said she'd do. Whereas others mainly tried to placate them.

Whether you call them frauditors, 1st amendment auditors, attention seekers, etc., these channels actively harass public and private workers for their own financial gain. They blatantly break policies and invade people's personal space in order to invoke a reaction to upload to RU-vid and other social media sites. They profit off of these interactions even though the RU-vid terms say that harassment is not tolerated. If enough complaints reach RU-vid they can investigate and enforce stricter regulations against these disgusting channels that serve no purpose to the community. They may try and argue that they are flexing their 1st amendment rights, but watching ANY of these videos will show that they are harassing people and going against institution policies for monetary gain. If RU-vid is able to change their policies and enforce new rules against these channels, this will prevent individuals from harassing and, at times, threatening people just trying to do their jobs.

B.A.T. This was a very good audit and you put those disrespectful tyrants in their place! The officer that understands our rights was awesome and I can respect him, but the others failed as did the female stupervisor of the two(twins) older farts that name called and harrass you. They were very unprofessional and there boss should have corrected them! I bet the next auditor or not will receive better results and service after the education you gave. Nope court officer basically performed for the camera he stated just enough verbiage 1st amendment 📜 freedom & fist bump trying to avoid being roasted. He repeatedly stated No one called the popo's in an agressive matter of fact tone & manner. Also he did NOT correct nor intervene with the 2 female tyrants attempt to violate Bat's rights by escort him out of the courthouse. He must practice what he's preaching + stand on it period.

They all work for the same department. This cop is a clear and present liar (despite his proclaimation of support for the First Amendment). Maybe no one called them. But the lady that works there went and got them (him) OBVIOUSLY. The timing of his appearance, and the way he addressed the worker there "Hey, what's going on" (or whatever he said), is clear evidence that he's a LIAR. We cannot have Public Servants being deceitful/ deceptive/ engaging in Lying Decption being paid by our tax dollars.

What I am hoping (and very occasionally see happen) is that the efforts of BAT and others will begin to expand exponentially as they personally educate the members of the idiocracy one at a time. There appears to be more auditors every day, and the more, the better. We are talking about making a major change to a monolithic system, and one that has for decades operated as if we already lived in an autocracy... it's going to take a lot of people and time. There should be a tipping point, however, where the educated will begin to outnumber the ignorant, and if we can get there... things will move much faster. Keep up the good work, BAT!

Single biggest mistake Americans have made is to allow public employees to unionize. Terrible costly mistake for those who get up every morning and go to work in the private sector actually make things, innovate and create wealth for our country that funds everything in our government. And too many of those who work for the taxpayers often show little gratitude for their jobs but even have disdain for the folks who pay them very well. And a whole lot of these people are way overpaid for the service they provide, lots of good paying government jobs takes no more skills and education than flipping hamburgers at a fast food place.

And more importantly to allow Government Corporations to establish uncontitutional Legal Doctrines/ Legal Precedents called "Immunities" for Government Employees (Qualified Immunity, Prosecutorial Immunity, Judicial Immunity) which protect them from being held liable for their Criminal Acts/ Actions in the vast majority of cases.

I expected it from those 2 POS “men” at the front desk after i saw them and heard them speak just for a few second but i was even more shocked at that woman officer that shows up aka “the boss” and she sees the way he is acting, she hears him calling you names still…. right in front of her mind you and then you go onto explain more what they were doing/saying and she literally does nothing and acts like its no big deal… maybe she ends up doing it, i am not done with the video yet BUT she has been there long enough and already heard him say things and has none done 1 thing and thats all i had to see

Actually 40 years ago law enforcement was a lot better. I bet the problem with these two guys is they're burned out & bored. And they have a Supervisor who we saw doesn't hold them accountable. She didn't say anything when they told BAT to shut up RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER! Before I retired, if I talked to a customer like that in FRONT OF MY SUPERVISOR - I would of been fired. Law Enforcement has gotten WORSE over the years...not better. 40, 50 years ago cops KNEW Constitutional Rights. Heck I learned about the Constitution & the Bill of Rights in Jr. High school! Public schools don't teach it anymore. The Biden Administration & in every area of our Government today there's a disregard & disrespect for the Constitution - especially the 1st Amendment.
