I have so much respect for Laurieann. Tough, but never abusive, and deeply caring and empathetic. You can tell she genuinely wants these girls to succeed unlike … someone 🤡
This episode was focused on the girls who struggled with dance. Aubrey was always one of the strongest dancers, so you don’t see much of her or some of the other strong dancers in this episode.
How old was Malika? I remember being a kid and thinking "oh she must be like like 25-29 compared to other girls who were approaching their 20s or under 23... but she looks 30ish in this season.
Dance teachers get in your face like that to see if you crack. The point of that is to help you practice and not mind the distractions. Because once you hit stage there will be a lot more distractions. So if you can ignore the screaming in the face then you can focus more on the overall dancing (what move comes nexr, the beats and the sound). If a dance teacher does that , don’t take it personally just keep focus.
