The official music video to Frozen a Madonna Cover, by Regardless Of Me. I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING OR ANY PART OF THIS VIDEO this is for fans of the song and the band.
Wow, just found this. Because I was listening to some more recent metal covers of this song. This one is great. More of a metal re-imagining of the source material.
Stumbled across this song by accident... after I read the comments I thought "how horrible does it have to be"... It's actually pretty good. The video is dumb, but well-made, the recording great and the interpretation of the song cool. If you don't like metal don't listen to metal, guys. And well, the 10-string bass... wtf... people look at me like a freak for playing a 7-String-Guitar, but this is actually too much. I don't hear the additional strings anywhere as well.
I'll be straight up...Its not that bad. She sings it very well. And he has a great death metal voice. And it works together for the song. I want a 20 string next time though. Lol
hahaha so true bud, I think the same. I might love metal and hate pop now, but you cannot argue that Madonna's Frozen was awesome for even some pop haters...like me I guess...
I'm usualy not mean to people but I really have to say something about this cover. First: Make the guy eather sing normaly or shut up. Second: Give the guy a normal six string. Wes Borland does some crazy shit with four strings so you don't need 10 strings. Ten strings are only for posing, just like 7,8,9,10,12 string basses. (This coming from a bass player) Third: Lose the gothic metal act and posing, it's outdated. I can understaind the homage to the goth loaded original video but this is just ridiculous. Fourth: Did I mention the guitarist? Loose him all together and bring in a musician not a poser. Fifth: This is actualy a good line. This girl is a good singer and sounds great singing this song. The rest of the bads is actualy pretty darn good, this guitar player/singer is the problem.
Sing normally? This is metal music mate. Growling and Screams are fucking normal here. I suggest you to keep listening pop music or whatever you listen.
Dude I was raised on rock and metal music back when you were still watching Teletubbies. But the thing is I'm that old school guy that listened his dad's Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Creedence and Clerawater Revival, Kansas and so on records to be introduiced to New Wave of Brittish Heavy metal later on (by my father) and discover thrash, speed and other metal music from friends and older cousins. I know good metal music when I hear it and this is just not it for me... and that overacting by both of them is way to much... some posing is always good for the video but the chick looks like she doesn't know which pose to strike from time to time...but she sings the song very well.. and the bass player has some good skills...
Sorry but i'm 30 years old and i've never watched teletubbies. Don't make it personal, because this topic has nothing to do with how and when you and i start to listen metal music. "Good Metal Music"... The term of "Good" is the most relative thing that u can end up arguing about. I criticize your comment just because of the way you used the word "Normally". This is a Death Metal Band (sort of). Growling is "normal" for this genre. Sorry about my inaccurate statement, i would like to correct myself; I suggest you to keep listening Iron Maiden, or what Nwobhm band u are listening to.
The Guitarist is very irritating, 10 strings are irrelevant for this, I play 8 sometimes and I genuinely don't see why you'll ever need any more. The track itself is okay but there's a lot of work to be done elsewhere.
