Once the NEW leadership of New Silkyong is Elected in the next Tibetan election , then this two groups will become less noise and less problem in the parliament. If you don’t choose the right leadership of Silkyong, then there will be problem in administration, problem in parliament, and there will not much development or improvement inside and outside Tibet…A capable leadership will try to create unity and Harmony so that his administration will Work Smoothly and he will try to Solve any difficult problem that he faces on the way. This monk doesn’t know how to speak to others. I still remember when he visited Darjeeling, an elderly man from the audience asked him question ( very politely) and when he had no answer, he in return literally spoke so rude to him.
