President Moon Jae-in made a state visit to Cambodia following consecutive state visits to Brunei and Malaysia. On the morning of March 15, President Moon attended the official welcoming ceremony hosted by His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia. The royal welcome was arranged to present the highest honor to President Moon and First Lady Kim Jung-sook. This state visit to Cambodia was the first by a Korean head of state in 10 years. The video highlights the crowds welcoming the presidential couple at Phnom Penh International Airport and along the streets; the official welcoming ceremony; and wreath laying ceremonies at the Independence Monument and
the Norodom Sihanouk Memorial, a statue of the former king.

Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the Korean people and government for accepting @50K Cambodian workers to have employment in S. Korea. South Korea would be smart to start shifting its future towards Asia and China as well as joining the BRI. The US is a declining economic power and market with little to offer any country’s future. Cambodia’s leader is smart and SK’s Moon should learn from him
