dezford5408 - I’ve read on other Internet Entertainment sites that it was Paramount’s decision to split Season 5. That’s one of the MAJOR issues that Costner had with the filming schedule, because he already had plans to start filming “Horizon” and would be almost impossible to come back and film Season 5-Pt. 2.

@@strumbum946 The story line could have continued without Cosner , I never considered him the glue for this series. I know all of you obviously have.

He doesn't belong there . There are so many more actors with western appeal, and experience and are able to ride a horse without constantly looking at him self. He is such a narcissist. @@dezford5408 I'm afraid I have to disagree. He is the main character and has been loved by many fans for years. I hope they don't change the actors in the final part. I think it will go out as a big disappointment and squash if the same characters aren't back.

Thanks so much for the info. I was in rehab after a life threatening illness when Yellowstone started and after some research I really want to watch the whole series. Just hope I can afford it . I’m in a wheelchair now and on disability. Taking about 12 meds and the disability doesn’t go very far. lol But thank you for the info. Diane

Several place have the series on DVD. Reckon you can get all except season 5.

Been waiting to see the nineteen twenty three follow up from where they left off and nothing , waiting to see what happens with Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford and Cassandra being pregnant etc, some good story lines but the show is all over the place, never seen so much half fast material anyone else would be fired from their employment if they left three of their jobs half finished over and over again.

The real cowboy life! It is not like this show puts out there!! LMAO... Keep in mind, it's only TV. Make believing fantasy.

Seems like the strike would have given a chance to get caught up on some stuff- idk. I agree Taylor stretched himself too thin too fast- too many teases & no follow thru of the series- like the other comment stated - what happened to 1823- & what about the series on the 666s in Tx. Also tired of this flipping around between paramount & paramount+ - if im paying for one that shud be enough to see all- cancelling the excess- yellowstone is main reason i kept paramount for as long as i have- waiting until 2024 - i can wait until it eventually shows up elsewhere most likely- its been to long of a wait already - the waiting has been tedious thus far - but now its just ridiculous- imo. I think the story of yellowstone & The Duttons could easily😂 be carried on by the characters already in place & just get a replacement to play john - would miss KC but geez its past time to get on with things!! ( rant over)

Not sure if it was the writers strike air if Sheridan is just flaky! Waiting another year to watch Yellowstone I'm over it. Good news there is always something else to watch. All of Sheridan's series are 2yrs behind. Don't start if you can't finish.
